how can I insert tables which are in word2003,
into excel sheet?

Piece of cake:

Select the entire table
cut or copy
open Excel
click in A1
Paste

Voila.

You could use the print screen button to capture the screen while the spreadsheet is open, you can then open Windows Paint (or other image editor) and paste the screen capture into it. Then just save it as a jpeg and there you have it, one Excel jpeg image.

simply copy the cells from word and paste it on excel..
