It is an outward reflection of your inward feelings. Be careful and don't cut yourself.

Nice to release the stress of life by throwing things as they break,,then after the fact have to clean the mess up,,therefor not really a good idea,,should fine another way to release the tension, like a base ball bat to the side of the house, less mess to clean up.lol

Maybe its some sort of release to your anger. Breaking glass is like a drug dealer taking a hit of dope. Sooner or later they need another fix.

They say anger at its root is evidence of unresolved inner issues.

It's like a release. Violent acts (even if we aren't committing them) provide us with release from the anger. That's why I like violent movies and video games. I'm not a violent person, so it's good to have some kind of outlet for my anger. :)

I think thats normal...I enjoy that sound too I also enjoy the sound of myself screaming in rage. Then I feel better. Maybe it because you need to feel a sense of accomplishment with your anger and breaking something counts.

We all have different methods of letting our anger out.Woooo .You like to trow it at the person who angers you but. restrain yourself ,since it could really hurt someone.

Maybe for the same reason after you stub your toe, you don't say "oh gosh," you say "GOD $#^@* #&#@*! $#@*#!"

Its a release thing. Swearing is mine. One good, long string of obscenities and I'm all better.
