Do I need any additional softwares to convert word file into PDF, if so please let me know what is the procedure.

Open Adobe, go to File>>Import.
Import the file. I believe it automatically converts to pdf format. Or at least it prompts you for that.

You must either buy software to do this, or a free alternative is LaTeX.
