I am not a guy so I'm not sure. I'd tend to be suspicious, but he's obviously trying to compliment you, so I would just say thank you. There is a difference between attraction and being turned on. I've been attracted to guys that I would not sleep with, so it's possible. I would't worry about it. Odds are you think other guys are cute, but you're still with your guy. The same principle probably works with him.

Can you look at other guys and feel nothing.
Every guy finds various women attractive. They can love only one person (and be faithful) but they are attracted to many.
Attraction has nothing to do with the heart, it is hormone driven.
You're going to tell me that if he went to a strip club or read a porn magazine or sat with some super model he would be dead from the waist down? I don't think so.
