The less makeup, jewelry, and accessories, the better. The more natural a girl looks and the more she knows how to emphasize her body in the flesh, the BETTER.
Personally, I'm into shoulders and bust, but the three target areas in general are bust, butt, and legs. Different guys perfer different areas the most, but to be safe just look classy rather than skanky. Guys perfer girls who are presentable rather than girls who are a mess just as much as girls appreciate guys the same way.
Also, guys will often admit to being attracted to your face first (which is COMPLETE and UTTER BS), so foundation, eye shadow, mascara, simple earings (please don't go over the top with those long dangly sparkly things that are just distracting), making sure you're acne free, and anything else that just makes you look clean and clear is great. The reason for this is so guys can get in some easy complements without having to reference your more "accentuated" areas.
I remember how in HS there were a ton of girls who seemed outright ugly to me b/c of the amount of decorations on their faces (and body). When I got to college, I was SOOO.... grateful to see how girls had grown up and learned that it doesn't take much to look like an angel.

Every guy is different, but the most common responses are usually eyes, smile, legs, breasts and butt. I think you can add hair, skin, and overall figure/shape too. Then of course some guys are just into feet or fingernails.
Really, the best thing you can do is play up your best physical feature and be proud of it. If you're tall, wear heels and show off those long legs. If you're chesty wear tight sweaters and tops that show off your cleavage.
If you're not sure which part of you is best, ask one of those girls who seem to understand guys. Asking guys is like asking a parent which child they love most. The answer is always all of you.
And if you feel like you don't have anything a guy would like you're wrong. Guys do like everything on women as long as it makes them think about sex. But that doesn't mean you should look trashy. There are plenty of women out there who don't have the best body parts but still manage to come off sexy and confident without dressing like Britney Spears (or not dressing if you know what I mean).
But in the end if you think it's all about physical features for guys you're wrong too. We like confidence, we like intelligence, sense of humor and a good heart We like being taken care of and we like when you like that we take care of you. You might be able to catch a guy's attention with the window dressing, but it's the stuff inside that keeps us coming back.

I like eyes as my first focus because they're what I'd stare into while talking with her. Followed very very closely to this is an ample but firm bum, kind of athletic but not too skinny. Come to think about it I can live with any eyes as long as the tushy turned me on!!!

A woman's height is the number one physical turn on. A woman's face and butt is a big turn on. Height is probably the biggest turn on for me.

I was talking to three guys the other day. They were friends and they came to the store where I cashier. I told the tallest one, I love tall men! Then we got to talking about females. He said if a girl didn't have big boobs and a big ole booty, then she just wasn't developed!
