After discussing the Quaran, i'm curious to know how come Jesus is mentioned three times more often than Allah, his virgin birth is accepted, yet he's only accepted as a prophet? It almost seems like there's another story line brewing

Forgive the typo. Jesus is mentioned more than Muhammed and not Allah, however i'm seriously trying to understand how come Allah used Deception all throughout the Koran, and Jesus was born immacutely, yet there's a contradiction in character going unnoticed...

Check your facts, Jesus is not mentioned more times than God.
He is mentioned about 26 times whereas you will see the word Allah on virtually every page.
Don't read with a pre-nurtured bias, read with an open heart and then look at the similarities between religions. You might pick up a good thing to learn and you will enjoy experiencing the similarities first-hand.
But please, don't divulge publically what is utterly incorrect and based on your own observation.
If you are trying to say that he is mentioned more often than Mohammad, (well that is very true) it does not matter because as Muslims we are not supposed to discriminate between prophets. They are all revered in islam equally. Even Moses is mentioned more often than Mohammad; these things have no meaning but only cement the belief that all prophets were sent with the same message.
Cheers & God bless.

I don't understand Islam or any other religion nor do I want to. I guess I am not even qualified to be an infidel. Jesus ain't nobody to me and neither is the Quaran. All fairy tales. Satan seems to lead christians, jews, and muslims if there were one more than anyone else. The world would be better without any religious thinking.

U do not have to go to the very detail on Islam to understand Islam, unless U have other ulterior motives about Islam and the Muslims. It is enough as a non Muslim to understand Islam by understanding the feeling, culture, rules and the respect of the Muslims people. However, it is good if U are sincerely interested in knowing the detail of Islam and its worshippers. Otherwise, it is just enough to respect the Muslims the way U want others to respect U and your religion.

i would suggest you read the quran with a commentary next time. jesus alayhsallam is a prophet because we do not believe him to be the begotten son of god. remember begotten means sired. god does not have sex. god is neither man nor woman. goddoes not beget nor was begotten. every surah begins with bismiallah har rahman na raheem. in the name of allah the most merciful. there is a difference between a creator and a person who sired a child. this is a misconception that we muslims believe that allah cleared up. all god need say be and it is. you do not hear christians saying that adam and eve were the begotten son and daughter of alah because they had neither mother or a father. that would make them more children of god. (if that were the case) isa (jesus) alayhesallam is reguarded as one of the most revered prophets in islam. he came with the message from allah to a people who refused to listen to him. according to christians he states my god my god why have you forsakin me. he never said myself, myself. never once did jesus alayhesallam state that he was a begotten son of god. jesus did not write on word of the bible. the quran is pretty clear on this. if you are still having trouble i suggest you get some ahmed deedat tapes and he will break EVERYTHING you want to know about the religion down for you. good luck

Actually, Allah is mentioned far more often than Jesus. The Qur'an explicitly denies that Jesus was a son of God, or has any divine properties.

Islam is a spin off of Jewdism and Christianity. Even the devils, followers of Islam, recognize that Jesus was important. But like the Jahovah's Witnesses, Catholics, Morrmons and many others, they do not realize that Jesus is all important. Jesus was Jahovah God manifest in the flesh. There is no other God. Mary is not God, Allah, is not God, and none of these other man made gods are God. Islam is the religion of hell. It is the religion of submission. It is the religion of death. All the weak leaders in this country and their suicide p c politics are going to kill us all. You need to know and understand how serious Islam is. They literally want to kill you or convert you, and think I know witch one they prefer. That religion must under go a reformation in order to be compatible with civilized societys. Even then, they will still find themselves in hell when they die, but at least they won't think that they must kill us to please allah.

It is because they wanted their own hero so they created one for various reasons. Power being number one control being number two and peace of mind number three. Why is it so hard to comprehend that this stuff was just made up by miedevel people with no education?
