Yeah, I love the natural stuff, too. I use a soap called "Thoroughly Clean Face Wash" by Desert Essence. It is organic Tea Tree Oil and Awapuhi. And let me tell you, this is an absolutely wonderful soap, better than any other of those expensive and potentially harmful soaps you typically can buy in the stores for your face.

You should NEVER use bar soap on your face! YIKES!!! You should use a cleanser from the dermatologist that has glycolic acid (if you have acne) followed by a toner containing salysilic acid. Both of which are frangrance free. Tea Tree oil is in fact good for acne. However, you should buy it from the whole foods or natural store and just apply a small drop of it to the infected area using a Q-Tip. I just recovered from a 2 year battle of acne. I have tried EVERYTHING. If your acne is severe you should look into blue and red light treatment along with monthly or bi-monthly glycolic acid peels. My face cleared up within a few days of this and let me tell you, I seriously was about to cave in to it. Prescriptions made it worse, cleaners made it worse. The product I found that I love is:
Biomedic (Purifying Cleanser) with Glytone (Toner), then Effaclar (acne spot treatment). That in conjuntion with the lights, wow!
Also, I found that Benzoyl peroxide (such as ProActive) just amde me break out worse. That ingredient is not for everyone. If you tried that product and it didn't help you, you may be sensitive to the Benzoly like I am! Good luck.
I don't know where you live, but if you need to find that product, I get it from Fremont Plastic Surgery Center in Fremont, CA.
I found that the dermatologists just kept prescribing this and that testing my skin out. I decided to go to a plastic surgery center because I heard the esthetician there was awesome and she is!

I believe "The Body Shop" has a soap with Tea Tree Oil in it. Also Burt's Bee has a spot treatment with Tea Tree Oil in it. I would try Purpose soap, or Neutrogena if you are looking for gentle soap. I don't know if it was just me, but the Tea Tree Oil products only aggravated my skin problems. I switch between Purpose soap and Proactiv Solution. I use the Purpose soap when the Proactiv starts to dry my skin out.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

doctor Bronner's Magic soaps. Not kidding - funny name but great soaps. Dr. Bronner was a soapmaker in Germany who left before WW2. His soaps are organic, available in liquid or solids, and there is a wide variety. I know they have tea tree oil, they may also have aloe. Good luck with that.

I think all natural handmade soaps are quite gentle for the skin (cold pressed ones) compared to the ones sold at supermarkets etc.
To get rid of acne, essential oils like bergamot, tea tree, lavender, are great...
For facial cleansing i'd recommend those real gentle natural handmade soaps from Herbotanic. I've just ordered a charcoal facial cleansing soap from them, and I must say it's one of the best i've used.

My dermatologist told me to use Dove Sensitive Skin Bar (with a facial brush), and Cetaphil moisturizer. It has worked wonders for me.
If you are really wanting tea tree, try Melaleuca products.
