Can the VA pay the bill

The doctor I ashed him if the military will still let me back in with an alcohol problem he said sure thing the military just needs heads to bury in the sand.

It does not matter why you are taken to the ER you still are responsible for the bill even if you were taken against your will. If you want to get drunk next time just stay home and be good and don't drink so much next time so that you will be able to control yourself. Lessons are sometimes learned the hard way...

Don't worry about the bill,I doubt if they will find you.I am sure you probably didn't spell your name right,I am suprised you managed a big word like intoxication.Try spell check,its free.No one will bill you even if you are a drunk.

if you were arrested and taken to the hospital for intoxicoligy test's, no. if you are found guilty as a result of the test results, yes, that and a whole lot of other "Bill's"

yes...the police are not liable for it because it was a preexisting condition...you were drunk before they got you...its your bill....the VA doesnt pay drunk bills at the Er
