You can get a transcript from the IRS. It takes about 6 - 10 days and will either be mailed or faxed to you. There is no charge for transcripts. If you need a copy of the return as filed, including the Forms W2, there is a $39.00 charge for each return and it takes 4 - 6 weeks to receive them.

The tax preparer will have copies as well. There might be a nominal charge though that will be the quickest way.

Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, they can provide you with transcripts of your return and W2 information and have it mailed to you in 7 to 10 days, or by fax if you have access to a fax machine. If you need an actual photo copy of the return you would need to complete form 4506 and send that along with a check for 39.00 to the service center where you filed, it will take 60 days to process your request

Other than you, your preparer and the IRS no one else has access to your tax information

Why not use the IRS? They're the ones who have the information.

It is your responsibility to have that information for at least three years. You should contact H & R Block and whoever else did your tax returns.
