Okay. Firstly, I know you guys will say something negative. Please don't and I ask that you give me advice.
I've been getting perverted thoughts. I am a teen and got curious, so I looked at "perverted stuff." I knew it was bad and I felt guilty but it was so intimate and all and I looked at these things couple times more.
I am not addicted, but I want to rid these thoughts before they get out of hand. I am a christian, and as I was reading the bible, I felt very guilty.
Help!

What do you consider "perverted"?
It is absolutely normal for a young person to be curious about a lot of sexual issues. This curiosity is actually necessary in young people so they can better understand their changing bodies and their own sexual preferences and orientations. If these images cause you to be excited or aroused sexually, then naturally you will return to those sites because it creates sexual feelings and thoughts in you. This is normal and healthy. Are you looking at same sex sites? Like for example if you are female and you are looking at other females and this is arousing to you, then that does not mean you are lesbian, it just means you could be..or because you are looking at sexually explicit material, then by power of suggestion, it puts you in a sexual mood. See what I mean?
If you are looking at oral sex photos, that is normal behaviour as well. If these are things you have yet to experience, it is only natural you have curiosity.
Being Christian and having sexual feelings does not make you bad, nor is it anything to feel guilty about. Sex is a basic human function and need and everyone feels the urge to have sex. It is also instilled in your body and instinctual because human sexual drive is necessary for procreation. If no one ever felt horny or wanted sex, no babies would be born.
Your parents had sex in order to have you..that does not make them bad Christians. Do not feel guilty for being normal.
I would think that the sites you are looking at are very tame and not what could be considered "perverted" by any stretch of the imagination. If you are looking at sites of graphic violence, and rape and that sort of thing, then there would be a little cause for concern, but if it is sites such as oral sex, masturbation, one on one, group, anal, same sex, these are all within the realm of garden variety normal and I would not worry yourself over your interest in sex. You are a healthy young person and God made us all with sex drives..that makes you just fine.
Guilt is not something you should worry yourself about when it comes to sex, it will only complicate it and make you feel bad when you should be exploring your own feelings like every other young person who ever lived.
Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself..

Huh? Perverted? Who told you that? Maybe they are perverted.
What you are going through is normal. It's called testosterone, or estrogen if you are female. These thoughts are a normal part of your sex drive, and at your age they will come into your mind all day long sometimes. And this guy above me who tries to quote scriptures at you is a liar. There isn't some kind of magical power to take the thoughts away.
Sadly, when people do try to stuff their sexual thoughts into a corner and ignore them, they usually come out later at a very in-opportune time. This I why many girls get pregnant at revivals and church camp-outs. They've been pushing their thoughts down for so long. Must not think those thoughts in church or around parents. Then, when their parents aren't around, lo and behold a guy comes along and presto, pregnancy.
For the man, he'll try to suppress his thoughts but will not be able to complete the task. Eventually he will fail and have sex.
Don't believe me? I was a fundamentalist Christian when I was your age. The whole thing was stupid. There wasn't anyone in my youth group that didn't have sex, unless they were ugly. If you are attractive in any way, you will have sex before marriage. I did. Both of my brothers did. Both of my sisters were pregnant by age 16. Yeah, my parents thought that quoting scripture at us was going to give us magical powers to resist temptations, as they called them.
All of my friends had sex, and my cousins, everyone of them, and we were all fundamentalist, Assembly of God Christians.
I'll let you know about a little secret. It's called grace. It's funny that my cousins faired better than me and my siblings. They went to a grace church called the Faith Center. They all fell into sexual sin, just as me and my siblings did, but it didn't destroy them. They didn't worry about it. They knew that sex was somewhat natural and that Jesus didn't hate them for it, nor did he have his thumb on the button waiting to open the trap door of hell when they finally gave into to their sex desires.
Walk in grace friend. Many people didn't learn grace. Many of them completely fell away from God. Some of them became so legalistic that they destroyed their lives and ended up becoming child molesters and rapists. Embrace your sexuality and know that you cannot stop the flow of testosterone in your body. It is a chemical reaction. If you are attractive it is very unlikely that you will make it to your honeymoon. Don't make the same mistakes that I did by beating yourself up over it. Enjoy life and who you are.

Know that what you are experiencing is temptation and there are many bible verses that talk about it: Jesus tells us to watch and pray, lest we should yield to temptation! (Matt: 6:13)> And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. (Matt. 26:41.)> Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. 1 Peter 5:8-9 says: Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings." With that sister I would encourage you to pray to Jesus and renounce Satan and his perverted thoughts! So you don't give Satan a foothold! Confess and renounce each one of your thoughts as follows: Lord, I confess that I have participated in: "What each of the in Bad thoughts are" I ask your forgiveness, and I renounce these: "Bad thoughts" In Jesus Name Amen. I would also encourage you to say this prayer: Dear Heavenly Father. I know that you desire truth in the inner self and that facing this truth is the way of liberation (John 8:32). I acknowledge that I have been deceived by the father of lies (John 8:44) and that I have deceived myself (1 John 1:8). I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that you, Heavenly Father, will rebuke all deceiving spirits by virtue of the shed blood and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. By faith I have received You into my life and I am now seated with Christ in the heavenlies(Ephesians 2:6). I acknowledge that I have the responsibility and authority to resist the devil and when I do he will flee from me. I now ask the Holy Spirit to guide me into all truth (John 16:13). I ask You to "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxious thoughts; and see if there be any hurtful way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way" (Psalm 139:23,24). In Jesus' Name I pray Amen.
