I let go of my ex after 18 years with 2 children because we both fell out of love with each other. We have been apart 6 months and he just started dating my best friend and I am wanting more than I ever have.
I so bad miss him and want him so bad ,
but I feel it is to late.

Wow. Your friend is a tramp and isn't your friend. Your ex I have more sympathy for. He could be missing you terribly, and to him, your "friend" could represent... you. She's familiar, and he has lots of good memories of you with her, so he could be latching on. Maybe he's just trying to make you jealous.

I'd seriously ditch the friend and talk your ex into some counselling sessions. Your relationship can be salvaged. You have 2 kids, fight for what's best for them!

Should u really be calling her your best friend? No friend would do that. I would kick them both out of your life, although u prob cant cause of ur kids but only have contact when its to do with them. Just find yourself a rebound guy for sum fun so u wont feel so lonely, or spend some time with ur real friends and look after yourself, get a makeover or sumthin. After a while u will forget about her and move on

So you just decided you are out of love and didnt want to work on it? I'm sure his actions also show that he still wants you, why see your best friend? And what kind of friend does that anyway?
