I would not wait on him to make up his mind if I was in your situation. Life is too short to spend waiting and wondering. Move on. If he really wants to be with you, he'll make sure you know it. Make sure if that happens, he really does make you know it and not just make you wonder. Don't allow yourself to be hopeful until he gives you a solid legitimate reason to be. Consider what it really is rather than what you perhaps want it to be.

Guys are funny like that I had a guy I knew and we spent everyday together, And he all of the sudden went out with some other girl. But I was glad in the end because I found the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with. I would tell him that if he really cared for me he would give me an answer about if you should keep waiting or move on

There are plenty fish in the sea but if you REALLY like this guy, you will wait for him to heal. Just as a man will wait for sex if he really likes a woman, a woman will wait for commitment from a man who has been hurt. If you can wait, you may have a great man on your hands. I bet he'll never cheat on you. He knows how it feels. but he needs to feel safe with you first. Besides, what is a committed relationship, but an extension of friendship taken to the next level. Take it step by step and listen to his friends, they know him best.

Why wait around for him, he sounds like he has a troubled past and he has not learned to grow up and take a positive direction in his life. As long as he thinks you are chasing him he will think he can just string you along. My guess is that his next line will be along the lines "I think I love you but to be sure we should sleep together, this will help me make up my mind". Sorry dear he sounds like an immature loser and I advise you to find someone else.

ok he was wrecked by his last relationship. he isnt hiding anything from you. think of it like a death of a spouse. it takes time to get over it. dont push him. dont smother him. let him heal in his own way. if you want to wait and see what happens then by all means do so. but if i were you i wouldnt. hes just not ready, and when he is he will probably look for someone completely new.

He is getting over his past. Give him the time he needs and keep hanging out in a group of friends. If you're not willing to wait then you don't really like him.

You need to slow down, you can't pressure a person into a relationship. You haven't even gotten to know him yet.
Give it some time.
