hes a bernese mountian dog german shepherd mix and at 4 months weighed about 50-55 pounds

Which breed does he look most like? That will be a hint, Bermies can go up to 175lbs. and more. Good stock German Shepherd Dogs run about 90lbs. Just a guess but I would think it will turn out around 130lbs.

150 lbs. Shot in the dark. My Newfie was about 45 lbs at 4 months and he is now about 125 lbs. with some filling out yet to do.

It would depend on who he takes after the most and is he male or female?
female - around 70 lbs
male - 80-100 lbs

130 lbs. my german sheperd/? is around that weight.
