Absolutely. You are considered competition to them and if they don't have the self esteem and respect you have they hate you. Keep your attitude and self esteem at an all time high. Don't let any of those insecure people get you down. Insecure people are usually so depressed they are always looking for their new fix, stealing someones boyfriend, getting too drunk at a party, calling an ex that just hooked up with someone else, etc. Don't worry about the haters just keep your self happy and smiling knowing you are not one of them..

I think insecure people are going to be haters no matter what you're like. Especially if you're friends with their boyfriend/girlfriend (even in a totally platonic way).
I think being sexy and confident is totally cool, I think it's usually the people who are OVER confident that bring out the haters.
If you're sexy and confident, who cares what the insecure people think?

Just be the way u are sexy and confident, world is there only to get jealous be proud that people are noticing you and you possess something special than others who are jealous from you. And one minute , buddy if you are confident of yourself then why do you bother about others. Go ahead be like a lion and not like a sheep.

No matter what facet of life if you are on top in anything everyone shoots for you.You can use any example you want.Best employee,Best athlete,Best looking.Alot of people are threatened by confidence,success and beauty.Stay confident.There is a fine line between confidence and cockyness and some people take confidence as cockyness and intimidation.The answer to your question is yes.

Yes. Especially with women. I have that problem. Women get competitive, jealous, and yes..they "hate" on you. They don't want competition from you so they never invite you anywhere. You know how some women want to be the center of attention? I don't have too many girlfriends because of this problem. I have tons of platonic male friends, but women don't seem to want to go out with me. Oh, well...their loss! I've tried to make friends with women who are older than me..I'm 27. Hopefully, when I get a lot older I will be able to be friends with women who are not like this! It truly sucks, but I've learned to deal with it. I guess a lot of women find me intimidating because I am outgoing, confident, and very likeable person! Women don't like other women to take attention away from themselves! LOL I'm secure in myself so I really don't feel that way about other people.
