For sure, their relationship would only end in tears. The only thing that you can do is tell the girl that you don't think it's a good idea to keep seeing this guy, but if she still wants to see him, tell her that you will be there for her if she needs help.
I think that in this situation, you should avoid telling her what to do AT ALL COSTS. Otherwise, she'll just reject you altogether. What you can do for her is just be there for her, so that WHEN she gets hurt and opens her eyes, you would be there to help her get back on her feet.
PS - Don't nag her. Just remind her every now and then what you're stand is on their relationship.

some pipol are doing it because of different reasons,if her reasons is right enough...then let her do what she's doing.but i think in her age of eighteen,it is the stage of immature..she's still young to enter a sin like that...she really need an advice..maybe she is just blind by the money and expensive things the old man gave her....if i have the chance to talk to her, i would say to her that,she has still lots of chances to have a good life..she is not in the right path...she must consider also the feelings of the old man's wife and children...if the old man will divorce to his wife right now,so means to say if she got old later the old man will do tha same his doing with his family right now.

Erm... tell her to stop being white trash and shoot for guys around her age. She is being a home wrecking whore. Advice? Tell her that she is being a complete slut and ask her how she would feel if she was the lady married to the guy sleeping with the 18 year old.

They never leave their wife. If he does, it won't be for her. Why should he leave his wife? He's getting the best of both worlds. She has her whole life ahead of her. She should enjoy it while she can and not waste time with a married man that is old enough to be her grandfather. Tell her if he cheats with her, some day, he will cheat on her.

he's a liar and he'll never leave his wife... he just wants to have sex with a young girl with no strings attached.. he'll feed her all kinds of bullshit just so she'll stay with him and he'll never actually divorce her... he's got a main course and a side dish, as long as he can have both, he will... and when he has to get rid of one, he'll always pick the main dish... it's just how it is... why would he leave his wife and upset his home with 3 kids for an 18 year old girl? he wouldn't. she's just a sex toy, that's all..
