Appetiser: Lobster tail with hollandaise sauce
Entree: Seafood platter for 2 with mussels, prawns, scampi, balmain bugs, moreton bay bugs, avacado, and homemade aoili (i'd eat it all of course)

Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge
"This recipe was given to me years ago by a friend. It disappears quickly and is a favorite of family and friends!"
Original recipe yield:
1 - 9x13 dish
COOK TIME 20 Min
READY IN 1 Hr
INGREDIENTS
4 cups white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
DIRECTIONS
Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside. Butter a 3 quart saucepan.
Place buttered saucepan over medium heat, and combine sugar, evaporated milk and 1 cup butter within. Heat to between 234 and 240 degrees F (112 to 116 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Beat vigorously until smooth. Pour quickly into prepared baking dish. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

We had this discussion at Thanksgiving dinner this past year - I know a strange topic of discussion but strange topics of discussion are kind of tradition at holiday dinners.
Anyway my choices were comfort food...
A nice salad with my Mom's home made Russian dressing
My Mom's pork steak and scalloped corn
baked potatoes with a ton of butter and sour cream
cheesecake with raspberry topping

If I knew I was going to die, I would probably not eat anything. I can not eat when I am nervous.
The last thing I hope I get to eat before I die naturally - maybe bacon, scrambled eggs, grits & toast with a cold Dr. Pepper with no ice.
