I wouldn't worry too much about your height, there's nothing you can do really except for drink milk, eat healthy, and exercise. You may have a growth spurt in the next few years. I know my brothers did, I'm 5'7" and both my brothers are over 6' ... they had a growth spurt at about 15 or so. If you're meant to be taller then it will happen, if not, then you'll have to deal with it. There's nothing wrong with that height. If you really want to gain a few inches then you can wear high heels.

Some peopl are just short. You may grow a little bit more over the next 4-6 years, but not much. As for your parents, drink milk to make them happy, but it will probably not help your growth process especially if you have already started your period.

If you are much shorter than your parents were at your age ask your parents if you can arrange a doctors visit. There are some conditions that will affect your growth. You may also be able to take a growth hormone to help you grow.
Your height for a woman at your age is not bad.

I'm 15 and shorter girls are usually cuter. Just wait a little bit longer, you should have a growth spurt soon. Keep on dirnking milk and eating right, regular exercise is good to.

its all in the genes...
your height is largely predetermined at birth although people have been getting taller(on average) over the past couple hundred years so proper nutritition plays a little role too

Try drinking some coffee, I heard it makes you taller. But if it doesn't work, stop, because I have also heard that it can stunt your growth. Also lifting weights at a young age can, too.

I am an adult lady and 4'11" and I love it honestly. People tell me all the time that they wish they looked as young as me. The only thing I don't like is we don't get to eat as much as regular height people, less body--less calories. Also overweight people give me dirty looks. hehe.
