No, it is over-sized----you will have to pay extra

I think on international flights you are allowed two checked bags. If ou want to count your cello as checked baggage, then it shouldnt be a problem, but if you want it with you, better call the airline.

You would need to call the airline company to find out what baggage restrictions they have regarding international flight.
