Let's assume for the sake of your question that the Almighty created the heavens and the Earth by his own hands and then rested. I imagine the sight of such a creation would have intoxicated him. In fact, if the nature of creativity is native to the Almighty (a reasonable assumption within our framework), it would seem to be a given, since human artists are often intoxicated by their creations, both by the result and the process. The answer to your question, in my opinion, would be YES.

NO !!! Are you intoxicated right now? Why would you ask a question like this? You should RESPECT and LOVE YOUR CREATOR JEHOVAH GOD :O) We would be non existent if it wasn't for Jehovah wanting to create. We respect our Father on earth, how much more so our Spiritual Father Jehovah.

I'm trying to figure out why he intelligently designed Pluto before the Fall since the only way it could have ever been observed is for the Fall to occur and since it plays no role in the gravitational stability of our solar system.
