HI,
I had my fisrt little girl when i was 19 and she is 11 like you. I never thought i would have anymore children but then i had another one and she is 2 and 4 months. I think that your sister wants to bug you because she wants attention from you. Do your parents spend time with her? I think that if you do things together that you both like, you wont feel like she is bugging you. In fact you would be having fun together. My 11 year plays on club penguin and neo pets. My 2 year old loves watching her and just sits so happy. You can also put a DVD on for her. Dora or Strawberry shortcake are my 2 year olds fav.
Just remember she is your sister and will always be around no matter what. As your sister gets older she will go off and do her own thing and thats when your going to want to play with her and want her to be cute and little again.
I know its hard but just hand in there.

There is a big age difference between 3 and 11. I agree with everyone else, she just wants your attention. She must adore you! Play with her at least once a day to let her know that you really love her, but also show her other things she can do safely on her own (not tv though) and always jump at the chance at having her help you. Believe me, she will never want to help you clean your room in a couple more years. My 1 yr. old son helps me do laundry. I hand him what I want washed and he puts it in the washer. Anyway, in a couple more years she'll be trying to do everything you used to do, and she probably won't want your attention any more. So take it while you can.

You and your sister are in different stages of development.
Clearly she looks upon you and is trying to develop a sense of identity and attachment. So, instead of thinking of this as a "bug", turn into a positive experience. Share time with her and play with her.
In due course, you will reap the benefits of your "little sis". Remember, she needs you today and you may need her tomorrow!

Go ahead and play with you little sister, she will grow loving you for that. I wish I had a younger brother or sister to bug me. You don't know it now, but oneday you will wish for all the bugging you little sister is doing.
