I know when I've moved, it seems like I went through a 6 month period of illnesses, while my body adjusted to the new environment and 'bugs'. don't know it this is your case. There are docs that specialize in immunotherapy. Maybe you could find one. But, washing your hands, keeping them away from your face, maybe ask a health food store for ideas in boosting your immunity! Good luck, maybe --7 will be better for you!

WASH YOUR HANDS
Dont touch yourself, eyes, ears, nose, mouth while you are out and about
Keep from putting your hands where others' are...doorknobs, railings, entryways into places.
Dont get too close to others' incase they are sick but they dont know they are contagious
See a Dr if it isnt behavior or diet related
I personally use/have used oil of oregano for over 3 yrs to build my resistance to bugs. I am around germs alot, and rarely ill.

Get a flu shot every year, eat right, drink 8 glasses of water every day and get enough sleep. You have to take care of yourself.

Eat more Vitamin C. Take Vitamin C tablets and eat fruits and stuff. idk. I read in a seventeen magazine that you should take zinc tablets too. I don't know for sure though. You should definitely try to eat healthy and always remember to wash your hands and don't touch your mouth a lot. And don't eat after people a ton.
