I usually get real hot and my **** starts to grow harder and harder. I'm a guy so I don't use anything but my hand and some lotion. Sometimes I *** all over myself and it's a mess. Other times it's more just on my hand & ****. Sometimes I don't *** at all.
Women can use just their hand, but a lot use a vibrator or *****. They can rub the outside, specifically at the top where they are the most sensitive.
