i havent had sex in a year and i think im ready to have sex again. so dose that mean that im a virgin again and will hurt again.

Well if you haven't had sex in a year that does not mean your a virgin again. However when you decide to have sex again it will feel alot like your first time and it may hurt. That depends on if your careful and slow when you have sex. Be-careful and safe when you have sex and take it slow and you will love how it feels. Also don't forget to use protection. From my perspective (as a guy sorry) I believe that yes it will hurt, just take a little slow before trying anything a little more adventurous.
Also sadly no your not a virgin again..

you can't physically become a virgin again... but if you've only had sex one time, then it could hurt a little, i don't know... just take it slow and if it hurts at first, it'll stop hurting really soon... ;)

Though I'm a man, it's my understanding, (from experience and advice) that if you engage in alot of foreplay and make sure you're not afraid of pain happening,(dont tense up) you should have absolutely no problems or pain at all.
