What do you call it when someone doesn't believe in souls, spirits, afterlife, paranormal, reality, reincarnation, god(s), or anything like that? Like the non-belief in almost all average beliefs of the average person?

Atheism is just the non-belief in god(s).

I said "reality" because I don't believe anything is real, at least it's all an illusion to me.

Rational. Not gullible. Doesn't have an overactive imagination. Grounded.

I do believe you are in an unreal world I don't think i've ever met or heard of anyone that fits into the group you describe . Some things that are obviously unreal become non beliefs for many who are educated enough to see but including reality in your group is not even sensible . I don't believe in you and that's a lock.

A materialist.

This would include a slew of additional titles, such as Atheism, etc.

Materialism probably. Except for "reality", I'm not sure what you mean by that.
