Fredric Fekai has something out that tames frizzies...sold at better salons. (comes in a small bottle with an eye dropper)
Or...Botanicals has something you can put in your hair, called a smoother I think.
(I'm allergic to stuff, but I see it when I get a hair cut)

I use a 'smoothing' shampoo and conditioner, many brands make them in a variety of price ranges, go by what works for you over price. Its diffrent for everyone, so experiment. (Although I think Pantene only works a short time, then gives you an ungodly buildup). Then I slick it with some BioSilk while its damp, then flat iron it to shiny smooth perfection. (the biosilk helps diffuse the heat so your hair is protected, if you see smoke remove the heat!!) Heat can frizz your hair more so only use it when needed and as little as possible to get desired look.

You can easily tame frizz by using certian products that supply your needs.
2-3 times a week, use a fortifying masque. You can find them from the Garnier Fructis line of products. I reccomend "Sleek and Shine" from that line.
Afterwards, use something that smooths hair as a styling prouduct, such as Garnier Fructis Smoothing Milk.
Go to your local drug store, find the Garnier Fructis line of products, and find these, and many other that aid your needs.
I can guarantee you will find something from Garnier Fructis or Pantene Pro-V that will help you.
good luck

if yo umean like winter static :) which I get a lot.. it may sound dumb, but if you get a fabric softener sheet, and gently rub it over your hair, it will take out most of the frizz
