No. some nutrients are lost, depending on the details, but a lot less than if you cooked it in a regular oven. After all, when you cook something in the microwave, what escapes the oven? Not much more than some moisture. Food nutrients can't disappear into nothing.

Some vitamins are destroyed by heating, irrespective of the source of the heat. But microwaving food usually heats it less than most other cooking methods, so microwaving food is one of the most vitamin-friendly cooking methods. The cooking method which removes the most vitamins is boiling, because it leaches out water-soluble vitamins like the B complex and vitamin C. We always keep the water food has been boiled in for stock and gravies.

it does if you over heat in microwave, you should just microwave a portion that you are eating so that you do not end up microwaving over and over. The more you microwave the more the nutrientions are lost.

No, microwaving does not destroy nutrients.
Microwaving only makes the molecules move faster, causing friction, thereby causing heat to cook food.

nutrients of food get lossed in two ways:
high heat
and in water.
microwave should be fine, just don't heat up your food in their to long.
however, vitamin b and c can get lossed pretty fast, since they are sensitive.

no the microwave is just another way of heating things.
however if you cook vegetables, and then reheat them (in the microwave or otherwise) they will boil to mush, and boiled to mush vegetables are less nutricious.
