Sin is the thing that will send you to hell. Whether you are foul-mouthed or just cursing, the results is still the same, sin. May God Bless U.

I think that all cursing is a sin. I worked in construction before I became close to God, and I developed a foul mouth. I still swear occationally, but I know that I can control it. We just need to try to control it the best we can and ask for forgiveness when we can't. It is a sin I think, even though I don't mean it to be anything but a figure of speech. We all know that it is wrong though.

I would say the greatest test of whether you believe it is right or wrong is if you were standing in front of God - would you curse? Kind of like your 4th grader coming home and letting fly a few choice words. I myself wouldn't allow that and they know that. But if out of my sight they decide to do it, that's their choice and guess what, it's still wrong regardless if I hear it or not. Now we believe you can't hide from God so that last example is not quite accurate. But if you think that something is a sin - then it is to you. Foul language is specifically mentioned as something to cease doing. I know many Christians who do use coarse language and think it is fine. It's not.

cursing is sinful yes. A very smart priest once told me though that sometimes men especially have become in the "Habit" of cursing with duty in the service or who knows why and it is a hard habit to break so give them a little slack as their will is damaged and being that the majority of guilt of sin is in the will to commit the sin they are not as bad as some. They still need to ask and receive forgiveness though.

By cursing I assume you mean using God's name in an appropriate manner. That is a sin whenever it is done.
Will it send you to hell? Only if you do not repent, ask for God's forgiveness, and make it a point to honor God instead of dishonoring Him.

Cussing.
Cursing.
Most People don't even know What they are.
Anybody can do Both.
Saved or Lost can do both.
The only THING that keeps you otta' Heaven, is NOT GETTING YOUR SPIRIT RECREATED.
All of the Sins are Forgiven.
That Spirit you were Born With (all of us were Born Lost) has to be Recreated to Make Heaven your Home.
Doing Good cannot Recreate you (A Spirit).
Religion cannot Recreate you.
Jesus is the Only One Who can Recreate you.
Ditto...................

It depends on what you mean by "curse words". The human voice has a lot of power on the other side. A word like $hit has no meaning other than the vulgar. Words like "Damn you to hel*" will get the attention of dark spirits.

I seldom curse but fear of Hell has nothing to to with it. Cursing is a sign of poor character.
