She's said okay, but then last minute, she says she's busy with friends??

It can mean one of two things : 1)maybe something came up that she did not want to discuss in detail. 2)she might have just said okay to be nice but is not feeling you like that
Which one do you think it is? If you think its #1 I would not lose sleep
If its #2, don't accept her lack of reliability; let her know you were bothered by her putting you off and move on
It also depends on your relationship--if she is simply a casual friend, I would not lose sleep over it. If you have a relationship or special bond, then I would just wait it out...when she is ready to hang out, she will. If I were you I would not worry about it.

She is probably confused. The fact that she said okay and not yeah..I'd like to.. that probably means that either she's not that into you or that she rather be doing something else. Either way, I'd try to go hang out with someone who doesn't waste your time and is into you not someone who "could maybe be into you" Does that make sense? LOL She sucks..move on to the neXt girl....

boy thats rough. well first of all did you ask her to hang out, and if you did, then it doesnt mean nothing, just that she had previous plans. Now if she asked you to hang out and then says ohh wait...i have to hang out with friends at the last minute then...she doesnt want to hang out with you.

next time just jokingly ask her if she is gonna cancel out on you to hang out with some friends...if she does = screw her!
