While most of my friends get drunk and acting not like themselves after they have too much alcohol, they get high as they called it, I don't.

All I feel is red faced, head spinning, can't think straight, feeling cold, and extremely sleepy. When it's too much, I vomit it all out and things starting to get better, I will back to normal in an hour.

I never got drunk?!

It seems to me like we have a rookie on our hands. Take the night drink by drink until you reach a point where you're feeling good. Everyone is effected in the same exact way from alcohol generally speaking, unlike someone claimed that answered your question. If you're a small guy (under 160 lbs), it should only take you a couple of drinks (about 3) to start feeling good. If you claim that it has no effect, it just can't be true.

Half of the battle is being social as well. Having a couple of drinks will make you tend to do/say things that you normally wouldn't generally speaking.

Also, don't listen to the person who said that throwing up means that you've "crossed into alcohol poisoning", because that's just a plain lie. Throwing up can occur whenever the alcohol upsets your stomach - usually when drinking hard alcohol.

Oh, and "getting high" means being high on drugs, not drinking alcohol. Terms for being drunk are as follows: "hammered" "sh*tfaced" "******" "wasted" "sloshed" etc. Just a side note.

Hope this helped.

If your head is spinning, you're cold and you can't think straight, then you are already drunk and you've had too much to enjoy the effects. When you get to the point of throwing up, you've crossed into alcohol poisoning. Drink more carefully. Also, everyone reacts to alcohol differently. Some people just aren't meant to drink and therefore do not experience positive effects. It sounds like you probably aren't meant to drink and you should drink very little if you choose to do so.

Oh, you got drunk. You got rid of some, but not all of it.
The head spinning and can't think straight is drunk.

My professional opinion as an old guy is that you just aren't meant to be a drinker. Some folks aren't. You probably have two speeds for your drinking...dizzy and dead. Don't screw around with it.

Friend, that is the definition of drunk.

You can also build up a tolerance to alcohol, so if you've been drinking for a little while, it won't hit you up as hard as it hit them. But it sounds like you got hit pretty hard.

Alcohol effects everyone differently as it is a neurotoxin and everyone's brain is different. Unfortunately there is not much you can do.
