NO!!! You're going to miss out if you don't go through all that. Take life as it comes, its like a rollercoaster so get on the ride. Yes some parts may be fun, and some may be rough but if you don't go through it how would you know? It's a waste of time not going through all that, you'll have no experience either.
LOVE is the best feeling ever, having someone who sticks by your side, and is fun to be around. Having that one special person to share your laughter's with and the shoulder to cry on.
Break-Ups are for the better, if you weren't meant to be... then you weren't meant to be. Move on
Drama-life would be boring without drama.
Cheating-Well that sucks, I have no idea how that feels but if someone is going to cheat on you then basically you know you're too good and luckily you find out so you no longer have to be with them. Once a cheater, always a cheater.
Marriage- Every girl basically thinks about getting married, her dream wedding. It's going to be hard but I want to be married someday instead of growing old and lonely.

As Kuwait's Pride said, you can spend time getting to know one another, but you do not spend time alone. Either you visit in each other's homes with mehrams around, or you go out places and they go also. For example, you can go to dinner, and your parents or older sibling will be at another table, nearby. You can talk and get to know one another, but the presence of someone from your family keeps everyone from getting carried away. In this way, you can develop some feelings of your own for the person, and decide if you want to pursue a marriage. So this is considered a love match as opposed to a straight up arranged marriage, where you accept someone more or less sight unseen.

Love-A brainwashing societal construct meant to keep the human race from extinction while not making us look like the salmon (whose sole purpose is to breed)
Dating- Done for social acceptance and encourages men to think of women as commodities to be purchased.
Marriage a combination of the above definitions that produces tax breaks, further societal acceptance and legitimizes children/spouses for inheritance purposes (traditionally)
The three above are big business are drive many parts of the economy
Breakups/Drama/Cheating the realization that humans were not meant for lifetime monogamy. In the case of cheating guilt/financial dependence and or the need to dominate another leads the person not to make a clean break and admit to himself or the other that humans were not meant for lifetime monogamy

Dude, I hear ya! It is a waste of time, but no one wants to grow up and be alone for the rest of their miserable lives; they want companionship (marriage) and excitement (drama, cheating, dating) and rejection (breakups) and revelations (love). Moreover, yes, it's a waste of time, but it's a worthwile waste of time (depending on if you wanna be alone or not).
