The dog could likely have swallowed something that punctured it's esophagus or cut the lining of it's throat. Until you know if something is in there or if it is an stomach bleed etc...DON"T feed or water. It can cause a lot more damage. Get your dog to the vet ASAP. Vomiting blood is ALWAYS serious and should be treated immediately even if it needs to be seen as an emergency patient. Find someone to see it and good luck.

Take the dog to the vet! It could be stomach problems or it could be something small. Either way, if the dog is vomiting blood a trip to the vet is needed. Get her to the vet ASAP.

Keep her warm and get her to a vet ASAP. Try to keep her hydrated. Pedialyte (found in the baby section of your drug store) will work for hydration (it has lots of electrolytes.) Administer a little at a time through a syringe if she wont drink on her own. Getting her to a vet is very important. Most cities have emergency vets on call 24 hours a day.

You've waited WAY too long. You should have taken your dog to the vet at the very first sign on blood in her vomit. If you have not already done so take her to your local emergency vet center NOW!!!

Clean the blood and check in her mouth if she has swallowed anything. She may be choking on something that may have caused her throat to bleed. If there is something or not, take her to the vet immediately. An expert is always the best choice in a dire situation.

very serious, this is always a question they ask when you call the vet about a sick dog. call an after hours vet, figure out where they are located and make the trip.
