This website has a list of Pizza places in Chicago. If the number of locations is any indication it would be Giordano's Pizzeria.
Look at http://www.chicago-life.com/restaurants.html for a list of other restaurants and pizza places in Chicago.

Depending on what area you are in but Nancy's Pizza is one of the best. It has a hot wing pizza that I will travel for sometimes. Very good.

if you like "greasy pizza" go down harlem just before Harlem Irving plaza. The name of the place is Mr. Beef. they sell them in large slices or whole. If you get them just made it is the best. The cheese can actually fall of the crust if you let it. Delicious, my family stops there anytime we are up north. You might also want to try the beef, it is good but not as good as Portillos

Pizza Uno and Pizza Due are the same but I prefer Due, faster seating and a bit quieter.

If you want Chicago-style (deep dish), I like Giordano's. Otherwise, I either order Lou Malnati's or Connie's pizza.
