My baby's 2 bottom front teeth started coming in when he was 6 1/2 mo. Right now he is 9 1/2 mo & his 2 top front teeth have just broken through.
We had a lot of people tell us to get Biter Biscuits. Gerber & Beechnut both make them. The first time we gave him one, one of his top teeth broke through.
But I have to warn you they get choked very easily on them so we never let him have them unless we're right there with him. And also, they will make a BIG mess with them. But they do seem to help the teeth break through.

My son's first tooth came in at 5 months. That's a pretty common age, although some babies get them at 2 months and others get them at 12 months. Some are even born with teeth.
