of course u can marry him...but piece of advice "kababayan", if he has that kind of record it would be better if u don't...no offense meant to anyone...i mean we women should avoid men with a record of domestic violence...what's the point of spending the rest of ur life with someone who thinks ur his punching bag? so be wise...that's why the brain was placed above the heart...

yes u can marry him but be carefull, that kind of record may be a hint to watch out. get counseling before u get married.

In America you can marry any non-married man if you want to and if he agrees to. You'll have to get a marriage license of course.

Yes you can but you might want to ask yourself why. Is he violent toward you? Seek premarital counseling.
