They can't, it's dangerous. Talking on the phone is illegal where I live unless it's hands-free, and if any cop catches you putting on mascara or reading the paper (I see men do that sometimes) then they'll pull you over too. And rightly so. If anyone cares about their mascara more than about their own life, I'd say it should be their choice, however chances are they're going to hit another car rather than a tree.

Not only is this extremely dangerous, it's profoundly selfish. Driving is a privilige - not a right. Someone who does this will eventually trip up and lose control on the road... and she will either end up killing herself or someone else. She might as well just knock back a half dozen shots of tequilla before driving. Same difference. Pff. How unbelievably stupid and arrogant.

I stopped putting on makeup in the car when an EMT called into a talk show telling about an accident scene to which he responded and the female driver of one of the vehicles had a mascara wand embedded in her eyeball. Still gives me chills when I think about it.

A woman can't do those things, she only thinks she can.
What she needs to know is that her driving is less safe when doing those things and is endangering others. It's only a matter of time before she has an accident (hopefully she won't hurt somebody).

Hey now .... it's not only the ladies that suffer stupidity ...lol
I was on my way to work one morning and as I stopped at a light .... looking over at the driver in the next lane .... welllll what did I see ? It was a guy with a dinner plate , complete with fork and knife .... piled high with breakfast. Plate in one hand coffee in the other !!! He took off from the light steering with his wrist as i recall ...... silly guy !!
I've heard a few other "men " driving stories but I best not repeat them on here .... you'll have to use your imagination ....lol

I'd like to ask them the same thing, but they all died in the 19 car pile up in the interstate. Nice try though.

I don't understand the gist of this question.
It sounds like you're implying that women have control of a car when they are driving in the first place.
Please re-phrase the question so it makes sense like,
"I want to know how a woman can drive?"
