Matt.7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

You can be baptized every minute and still not be saved, salvation comes through repentance. Repentance is asking for forgiveness and meaning it. It is also turning from your ways. You can't ask for forgiveness and keep doing the sin, and be expected to be forgiven, but if you mean it and you try to do better and pray God will help you stop and forgive you for the past.

There is only one unpardonable sin.: Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
All others were covered by the blood of Jesus on the cross.
Read Paul. You may lose rewards in Heaven if you die in unforgiven sin, but since only the blood of Jesus can get you there in the first place unforgiven sin can't block you from Heaven.
Paul was always striving toward a goal. He speaks many times of running a race. That race was to gain rewards in Heaven.
If unforgiven sin could stop you from getting to Heaven then Jesus would have to return to Earth every time someone sinned and be crucified again. His blood covers all sin once you accept it through faith

Just be aware that you don't earn forgiveness through any works of your own, including "acceptance" or being baptized in order to merit favor with God. However, when you say born again, this is a reference to the saving grace of God that regenerates and brings the faithful to himself. With the Holy Spirit working in the believer's heart, yes, there will be a struggle against sin on a daily basis. But God will hold his own in the palm of his hand and they will finish the race victoriously. You WILL persevere to the end if you belong to Christ.

Jesus is acquainted with you're a sinner. it relatively is why He died on the pass, so shall we be forgiven. while a guy or woman fairly accepts Jesus into their heart, the way they stay will substitute through fact He loves you and needs you to be greater like Him. all of us make errors, in case you sense convicted after doing some thing incorrect, then convey regret and pray that he will help you to superb this habit. He loves you and is an extremely forgiving God.

All of our "Works" are as filthy rags before God.
Therefore, we cannot earn our way into heaven.
1 Cor. 3:14-15 says this:
If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward. If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.
The Book of Romans has much to say on this subject as well:
Rom. 3:23-24....Rom. 4:6....Rom. 4:7-8....Rom. 5:1-2.....
Rom. 6:14....Rom 9:16....Rom. 11:11-12 (This passage actually speaks of the nation of Israel) I believe it speaks of all believers as well.
We cannot lose our salvation, Jesus died for ALL our sins, past, present and future. We can however, recieve chastisement from God for habitual sin in our lives. Up to and including the death of our physical bodies. (Rom. 6:23...Rom. 7:24)
We can also lose our "rewards" in heaven for living a life of disobedience to God Almighty. These "rewards" are the crowns referred to in the book of Revelation.
1 Cor. 3:14-15 spells it out very clearly.
Good Question...God Bless You

All this is good stuff, just read your Bible and get involved in a good Church. Believe through blind faith. By that I mean the Bible says "Jesus said" so just believe it. God will start working in your life and you will know that you are forgiven by his spirit being in you........

Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost.
Period. AND not forgiving OTHERS. Jesus said, if you do not forgive others, how can my Father which is in Heaven forgive YOU?
Just be nice, and let things roll off your back, and I think that you'll be there.
