Most Illegals do pay taxes and don't get any money back cuz they are skeered so uncle Sam pockets that money!

I Think The Should Come Here Legally
They Are Here Getting Many Benefits Without Paying Taxes. I pay Taxes I Deserve the benefits not them And Here They Are With 5 Kids Each Under 7 years Old Going To The Doctor For Free every other week With CHIP Or Medicare Without Paying Taxes
I Don't Think Its Fair We Are Paying For Their Child Care
They Also go To Public School And We Pay For That

Poor people can't pay enough in taxes to even cover basic services like education for their children. In CA educating children from K through 12 costs $10,000 per child per year. What they can't pay comes from our children's education funds. Since ESL is the toughest education nut to crack, they get disproportionate funds on top of that, while gifted programs, languages, P.E. and other programs are cut for our own children who are seen as 'needing less' because their test scores are better. Our children's education, and with that their future, is being ruined. There are very good reasons why all countries in the world limit how many poor people can immigrate.

Taxes is a fact of life no matter where you are Taxes an ongoing matter in all nations across this land.I fail to see how a day labor can file taxes from day to day job changes it would be impossible to keep track of all that

Some do there are programs where illegals can pay taxes anonymously. Not all of them are bent on taking america for all it's worth i wish more people would just see that.

Yes that would be much better. They are the people who use our country's services like WIC and food stamps. There are homeless American CITIZENS on the street yet these people pay NO TAXES AND GET ALL THE BENEFITS. How unfair is that.

they do pay taxes, the government issues them a TIN number and they use that to file taxes at the end of the year, they end up paying taxes because they are not eligible for income tax return.

Many do have taxes withheld by U.S. employers who simply pocket the money. I saw that a lot in Texas and Colorado. But, the "legal" issue here is that this land does not allow taxation without representation. That means, if we tax them, they get to vote.
