maybe there is another girl involved. he sounds really flaky. dont give him the satisfaction, you shouldnt have to deal with him on that level. hes playing too many games.

either he is playing hard to get or he doesn't want to hurt your feelings.....or he may have another girl...best way to know is to just ask him.
