ok my best guy friend gives me hints all the time that he likes me and everyone thinks he likes me and i like him so should i tell him or ask him if he likes me or ask him out or what????

Ask him to go see a certain movie with you. You're friends, right? So, no big deal.

Depending on what kind of person he is..you could either, reciprocate if you like him, ask him flat out, or give hints that you like him back and if he really didnt like you then you could just say that he got the wrong message.

Ok When i was 12 i dated my best friend, he was a total perv always wanting to make out and stuff soo yeah you can imagine its a year later and i haven't spoken to him since we broke up, you have to remeber that the dating can wreck the friendship be careful, i wasn't careful and i lost my best friend

Just get close to him, talk to him, greet him with a smile. I understand sometimes people are afraid to ask or make the first move, but once you get comfortable, say you like him. Maybe he'll say he likes you first. But don't shy away.

Definitely do what your feeling are telling you to do.
If he's giving you signals and you're sure of this AND you like him too, what would it hurt to ask him out?
If you don't ask him, you'd always be asking yourself what would have happened if you did.

Ask him. You're better off knowing and then wondering and worrying if he doesn't say 'hi' to you the way he always does a specific Monday.

well first of all, tell him how you feel. then if he is sure he feels the same way, then he will ask you out. and if he doesn't ask you out, then ask him, then just see what he says.

Try to get some one really close to him to see if he has a girlfriend without raising suspicion, also, try to get that person to see if he likes you, if he does, ask him out.
