It's not illegal; if it was, there'd be less teen pregnancies.

It's not illegal, because you are the same age.But it's not something you both want to rush into either.Having sex is a big step, and it's much more emotional for a woman than a man.If I was you I would wait until you are both alittle older, and if see if you still feel the same way about each other.Once a woman sleeps with a man she expects certain things from him, respect and the fact that he's not going to run off soon as he gets what he wants. So make sure your ready to be responsible about it.

There is a reason they have laws... I don't know about your state but if you are a minor.. you have NO IDEA of the emotional ramifications.. none... you will either end up with an emotional scar or giving her one and you won't even know it until a little later down the road. not to mention all the STD out there.. you can get herpes, or you can get gental warts and you get those for life.. and no condom will protect you from it! It's skin to skin contact, any contact in the g*enital area! There are 70 some STDs that a condom won't protect you from. And what are you going to do if she gets pregnant? Don't do it.

How old are you talking about?
I think if you're under 16 then it's illegal to have sex because 16 is the age of consent.

If you are a minor you shouldn't even be sleeping together......you are not ready for the responsibility that comes along with sex!!! Practice abstinence you can do it!

Technically, yes. But they're not going to convict you for it if it wasn't rape. If there's a big age difference, though, like 17 and 12, they may do something. Just be careful, use a condom, and try to get birth control. Good luck!

No (its called consential sex) but if your mother/father doesn't like him then a no contact order can be put in place. Then if you guys were seen or remarks were made she/he can put them in jail.
