In short, yes. To see where it is coming from Scripturally,
Lk 1:28 "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you."
Lk 1:38 "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!"
1 Cor 7:34 "And the unmarried woman or girl is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to be holy in body and spirit."
Lk 2:6-7 "And while they were there, the time came for her to be delivered. And she gave birth to her first-born son..."
2 Cor 1:11 "You also must help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted us in answer to many prayers."
Mt 10:22 "But he who endures to the end will be saved."

Read the first chapter of Luke. All the verses of the Hail Mary are there.

Well, first of all, the 'hail' in the Hail Mary is part of a biblical quote, and it means hello. And sure, it's fine to give honor to God's mother. She must have been special to have been chosen to be the mother of God. We don't worship her, of course. Jesus loved his mother; why shouldn't we?

It is proper to consider Mary a Godly woman who was blessed by God Almighty. She must have been very special, for God to have chosen her to bring Christ Jesus into the world.
Hold her in high esteem in your heart, just as you would Moses, Abraham, Solomon, Ruth, Paul, John...all the saints.
Just remember that they are human beings and not worthy of our worship. Pray to God and worship Him only. To worship or pray to anyone but God Almighty, is idolatry in Gods eyes.
All the saints are great in Gods eyes, Earl, your school janitor, knows and loves Christ Jesus, Tammi, your mail carrier, knows and loves Jesus, I know and love Jesus, I just suggest you not pray to me or them. None of us can do anything for you.
While Mary may be considered a Great Woman on earth, in heaven, she will be one of Gods children, just like you and I.
"The first will be last and the last will be first"
We are are equal in heaven.
If you still have doubts, think about this: Who did all the prophets and saints pray to? Everything points to Jesus.
He is our first and last call, our only call, and the reception is always perfect.
God Bless You....Peace.

I do, because without her unconditional acceptance to GOD, the world would be very different.
I am not forcing anyone else to. I think I should show respect to an important figure in the plan of GOD.

Yeah, it's ok to repetitiously chant 70 prayers to her everyday. It's expected from her followers -- those that worship her as "Queen of Heaven" and creator of God. She soley answers prayers. She is the 4th figure in the trinity. Her divinity should never be questioned, or denounced. Pray to Mary, in Christ's name. After all, we know that Gabriel chanted 70 repetitious prayers to her, when he visited her once.

No. She didn't even know she was pregnant until an angel of the Lord had told her and even then she doubted.
