It would make it more acidic. It won't hide anything.

dont. you will alter the pH and labs will think
a. if the ph is acidic enough, that you are in a whole lot of trouble. infection, acidosis, etc..
B. you put something in your urine.
C. nothing becuase a drop will generally not be enough to change anything.

if you drink a lot of water labs will know and then you are going to have to give another urine sample but this time under the suspicion that you have something to hide.

Labs know when something dumb is up.

Bleach? Bleach...
by the way, i work at a lab. Bleach is something that gets out in urine. but this is not going to help you becuase the chloride ions might get altered and then you are going to be thought to be sicker than you are or they will suspect bleach. you cannot get around a drug test. dont hurt yourself trying.

You probably mean "bleach" not vinegar.
I have heard of people using a drop of bleach in a sample to pass a drug test.
Some say it works, others say no.

I doubt it would cause you to pass the test, but it would make the urine more acidic (perhaps unnaturally so; they do check pH).

They would detect the vinegar and make you take another test.
