How long has this been going on? Is it getting worse? Do you have a fever? It sounds like it could be infectious - e.g. a viral meningitis or encephalopathy. You should certainly go to the doctor ASAP. Brain tumor is probably unlikely, though, but always possible. Depends on how quick the symptoms have come on.

My family, nurses and preachers. I've seen both, a tumor is a growth in or on the brain. Where the aneurysm is a vein within the brain that blows and leaks blood into the surrounding tissue. most people die of the aneurysm, which is fast. Standing there talking and they are gone. Of the two take the aneurysm.

I think u shdn't frighten urself needlessly.
Go and see an ENT specialist first and have a thorough check-up. It may be something to do with ur inner ear parts......an infection of which could result in the smptoms u described.
Check it out first......then u may need to do some lab tests or scan if the problems persist.
Whatever it is.....get to the bottom n get well soon. Life is beautiful......so is the world......for all those healthy animals living in it!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Could be a tumor, I'm thinking it's not though, based on your symptoms. Go get it checked out from your doctor though, they will have the best advice.
My question, do you drink a lot of water?
I know a number of those symptoms could be caused by not drinking much water.

I have a friend who has similar symptoms as you and she's been to a doctor, seen a neurologist, had MRI's and CAT scans. She doesn't have a brain tumor. But if you're seeing a doctor, why would you ask people on here for an opinion? Have you ever read peoples answers to questions on this site? They're typically not too intelligent and you're only going to freak yourself out if you listen to anything people say on here.

they is more of a doctors opinion..............you may need a cat scan or mri of the brain to see what the problem might be.
my husband had that problem 8 yrs ago and he never got checked and almost died (he had to have surgery to repair a brain anerysum-bleed in the brain).
good luck at the doctors hope its not to serious and hope you feel better

It could be.. but it could also be a number of other things. so don't worry about it. there is nothing you can do yourself.... just see the doctor and see what he thinks. i'm sure it'll be fine . good luck.
i get all of those except the headaches and i have chronic fatigue syndrome.. but i'm not a headache person so..idk.. could just be all down to your migraines....... look just don't worry!! :)

My brother was getting horrible migraine headaches and it ended up being his pituitary gland it was enlarged. I'm not saying that's what you have but you may want to get it checked out.
