What airline, what country and where are you going? It should be listed on your airline site, or you can call them. If you are staying in state, you may not need anything. Crossing state or international boundaries, sometimes they require paperworked signed by your vet. Every one is different.

You will need a health certificate from a vet prior to flying. Depending on the age of the dog and where it is going the airlines, or health administration of the destination country will also have requirements. If he is flying out of the country get that information ASAP as you may need a vaccine for rabies months before the flight.
