Once you have fat cells, they are there forever unless you get lyposuction. All you can do is shrink them.
Go to the gym and do cardio and the butt machines. It will take a while b/c that is some of the hardest fat to eliminate on a woman.

u can never spot reduce a trouble area. what u need to do is cardio a couple times a week along w/ doing specific exercises that will tone up your lower body.

Look in the "seventeen" magazine. They have this whole workout thing every month for a certain part of your body. You have to do stretches and jumping jacks and jogging in place and things like that. Please, don't starve yourself, that does nothing except lessens your protein.
