yahoo has transffered most of their operations to india and since some muslims work at yahoo they delete most of the questions critical to islam

It does not matter where Yahoo transfers its work. The work still requires to be done as per the Yahoo rules.
No action goes unnoticed , so no employee can start deleting your questions without the proper process (which involves sending you a notification email).

Don't know. They couldn't possibly be reading everything. It doesn't make financial sense. They are just going off complaints. The Muslims don't have too much of a sense of humor and report a high percentage of the questions.
