well i lost too much weight, i'm close to under weight by doctor's orders i must gain about 10 pounds.....i used to have a bigger butt and thighs which was nice but now i'm flat......should i first gain weight then excercise, i'm too weak to excercise now because of fastinbg i did but now i want to gain and be curvey but not fat in my belly, girls what do you do?? workout?? what?

Trust me I'm a girl with average @SS and I run for 30 min and do lunges 10 reps 3 times everyday, and it lifted my butt straight up! Its not hard at all! My butt has always been average (for a black girl) but the shape wasn't like Buffy the Body or Deelishis 4rm flavor of love (which those 2 girls simply have @ss shots and they are at least $13,500) there butts are way to huge and does not look real!!!

I would not suggest it but if you really want it really big, there is the website and pictures of this type of work, but its not something I would do, I'm just not big on plastic surgery, you should love yourself for who you are, and just do the lunges you dont want to look fake!


You have to do lunges honey that will lift your butt up and make it really round, juicy, and pretty that niccas just wanna smack that like its jigglin jello BABY and your @ss will not be hard at all I PROMISE TRY IT and you will see results in a month! If you don't run I urge you to do the lunges they really work!!! Squats are more advanced, if you have weights you can do that but learn the lunges first and you will see a difference and better balance then start on squats if you want a hard muscular @ss.

Its genes...something you are born with. If you first gain weight and lose it in the stomach...let me stop here because that is a NONO!!! You have to think of your body as a whole. Think about it...have you ever seen somebody with fat, saggy, thighs but a million-dollare six-pack. You cannot target a certain area like the belly. If you do that you will be back at the beginning. Once again, sorry there is no way to have a bigger butt...its genes.

For a bigger bootay without a bigger belly you must specifically get muscle in that area.Try the hip pull through and the one legged dumb bell deadlift.for the hip pull through face your back to a low pulley cable machine and grab the handle between your legs. Take a few steps forward then squeeze your butt and thrust your hips forward. Keep your legs straight and your knees locked out.For the one legged deadlift find out how to do a deadlift then do it on one leg with a dumbell in each hand.Lift barefoot.Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with 1-2 minutes rest. once a week.On your fifth week do 3-5 reps with 3-5 minutes rest between sets.Read more on weight lifting to continue progress.

also whenever you are standing, waiting for something, sitting just flex your butt muscles.
