its deffinatly ok as long as u don't plan on takn' advantage of her. Some guys date freshmans cuz "they're eaisy" or something but as long as u like her because shes special to u its DEFINALY ok! You should also pray about it and see wut God has to say about it. if shes right for u or not and stuff.

Hey man, I can relate. My girlfriend is a sophomore, and I'm a senior. When we met, I was a junior and she was a freshman. And I was crazy about her.
No, there is nothing wrong or weird about dating a girl two years younger than you. I knew a girl who dated a freshman boy her senior year. It happens.
You're both high school students. Both in youth group, so you must have some personality compatibility. If the age gap is the only thing holding you back, then I say take a chance. It worked out very well for me. My girlfriend and I have been dating for five months now, and we are both very happy.
Best of luck to you. I hope that I was able to help.

Its not weird at all. In high school, there is this boundary thing between grades where everybody thinks its kewl to date someone in a higher grade than they are - like it gives them a higher standing. I dated a junior when I was freshman, and we were fine. Go for it. The only thing that you need to be concerned about is when you turn 18. She will still be underage so, if you two are still together and you decide to have sex with her, it could be considered statuary rape and you could get arrested.

It's definetly normal. It might feel alittle weird right now because she is younger, but trust me when you look at relationships outside of highschool how many people are really the same age? For example my parents are 2 years apart, my bro and his gf are 3 years apart and me and my boyfriend are 2 years apart. If you like her I don't think that little age difference matters. Just make sure you are respectable to her parents, because parents do tend to worry.

it's fine!
like i personally know two seinor-freshman couples going strong hitting their one year anniversaries. just as long as your feelings are genuine, nothing should get in the way.
relationshipes are about how two ppl feel about eachother. not about how well they're "suited" to eachother.
ideas like that are just stereotypes and right now we should be all about breaking the idea of being conformed to one set of ideals/characteristics.
even if you don't agree with what i said above, hey you can always be a rebel and ask her out any way =D

No, I know a boy like that and we usta like each other. I'd say it's lame for anyone but him since I hate him now.
I think it would be cute, but I'm a little biased since the kid was an *** to me.
Good luck and make it happen! ;-) It's just a two year difference...not like an 8 year one or anything.

The general rule of thumb in H.S. is that you only date girls that are either one grade lower or one grade higher than you, but if you really like her, I say go for it!

Yes - It is ABSOLUTELY NORMAL to have an affection for someone who is a few years either older or younger than yourself.
%Many "COUPLES" were a few years 'apart' when they realized their connection.
It is (in fact) EXPECTED in many cultures for an age-span to exist between a couple.
GOOD LUCK on both your eventual decision!
