Hey there... If you work out EVERY DAY for 30 minutes, that is already considered moderate exercise. Light exercise means you sit and walk most of the day, but actually engage in very little (to no) exercise.
Here is a weight maintenance calculator you can use: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
based on that site, it says you need about 2000 calories to maintain your weight.... that only holds true if you have been a consistant 107lbs and you keep doing what you are doing.

Since this is a fair amount of exercise and you probably have a high metabolism being naturally thin you probably need about 2000 calories per day to maintain weight. Try that for a while and you can adjust it a little if you need to.

Using the Harris-Benedict equation your basal energy expenditure is about 1359 kcals (home much you burn by just being alive). Multiply by about 1.3 for moderate activity give you 1766 kcals or about 1700 - 1800 Calories per day.

I say its moderate exercise if u do it consistently and not just every once in a while.
about the calories,
that is something only your Dr. should answer for you.
I wouldn't trust someones judgment if they dont know your health history.

I would need more information such as your average heart rate and some thyroid tests done but most professionals go with the 2250 calories a day formula to maintain weight. Good Luck!

You should intake 1736.8 calories everyday to maintain your weight.
The number of calories the body consumes in a day is different for every person. You may notice on the nutritional labels of the foods you buy that the "percent daily values" are based on a 2,000 calorie diet -- 2,000 calories is a rough average of what people eat in a day. But your body might need more or less than 2,000. Height, weight, gender, age and activity level all affect your caloric needs. There are three main factors involved in calculating how many calories your body needs per day:
* basal metabolic rate
* physical activity
* thermic effect of food
Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the amount of energy your body needs to function at rest. This accounts for about 60 to 70 percent of calories burned in a day and includes the energy required to keep the heart beating, the lungs breathing, the eyelids blinking and the body temperature stabilized. In general, men have a higher BMR than women. One of the most accurate methods of estimating your basal metabolic rate is the Harris-Benedict formula:
Adult male: 66 + (6.3 x body weight in lbs.) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)
Adult female: 655 + (4.3 x weight in lbs.) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)
The second factor in the equation, physical activity, consumes the next highest number of calories. Physical activity includes everything from making your bed in the morning to jogging. Walking, lifting, bending and just generally moving around burns calories, but the number of calories you burn in any given activity depends on your body weight. Click here for a great table listing the calories expended in various physical activities and for various weights.
The thermic effect of food is the final addition to the number of calories your body burns. This is the amount of energy your body uses to digest the food you eat -- it takes energy to break food down to its basic elements in order to be used by the body. To calculate the number of calories you expend in this process, multiply the total number of calories you eat in a day by 0.10, or 10 percent. If you need some help determining how many calories you eat in a day:

i've got under no circumstances been sturdy at answering riddles, by using fact riddles require further information (what somebody has found out) that's not blanketed in the message/ riddle itself. so some distance as i will tell, although, the huge stumper of this riddle is: "in case you do it as quickly as, its sturdy." i_luvclovers, the asker of this riddle, published this riddle in the previous. He published it as a sin in the previous, yet replaced it to severe crime. i assume it quite is for clarification. the two way, with that suggested, i_luvclovers did not replace the rest on the subject of the riddle. inclusive of clarifying no remember if it quite is "in case you do it as quickly as (in one day), its sturdy." or "in case you do it as quickly as (in any respect), its sturdy." If a riddle does not say something, do not assume. in any case, it quite is my 2-cents thrown into the peanut-gallery. i'm hoping somebody figures it out, reason it quite is an thrilling riddle. playstation : purely for kicks, i visit throw in an answer. "in case you do it as quickly as, its sturdy. in case you do it two times on the comparable day, its a severe crime." Jury duty?
