Masturbation is the safest and best way to deal. It's natural, don't worry about it. If you really want to feed desire, become sexually active. But chances are you aren't mature enough for that if you're just now discovering yourself like this, so I don't recommend that. Just feel comfortable with your body and satisfy your urges that way for now.

There is absolutely no shame in feeling horny. Also, masturbation is a very healthy normal physical function. Do not worry that if you give in to your desires that it will get worse. Personally, I would suggest that you do not engage in promiscuous sex as that can have negative impacts on your life. Best to just masturbate to complete orgasm when you have time and are in appropriate surroundings. Even if you find you need to do this multiple times a day or in a row, IT IS PERFECTLY NORMAL AND HEALTHY!!!
